Refund Policy - All DOX Enterprises, LLC Digital Products

Effective Date: 4/27/2026

All sales for DOX Enterprises, LLC digital products, including the LASER Financial Suite and any other digital tools, files, templates, guides, downloads, or subscription-based digital products, are final once access has been issued and the product or license has been successfully delivered, activated, or validated.

Because these products are digital and may provide immediate access to downloadable files, protected content, license credentials, or subscription-based resources, refunds are generally not provided after purchase. When a subscription is cancelled, access will remain available through the end of the current paid subscription period, unless access is revoked due to misuse, unauthorized sharing, chargeback activity, fraud, abuse, or violation of the applicable terms.

Refunds may be considered only when a customer is unable to access, activate, validate, or use the purchased digital product due to a technical licensing or delivery issue that DOX Enterprises, LLC is unable to reasonably resolve. Customers must contact support within a reasonable time after purchase and provide enough information for the issue to be reviewed.

Refunds are not provided for failure to use the product, change of mind, lack of familiarity with required software, disabled macros, incompatible software, device/security settings, or failure to follow setup instructions where the product requirements were disclosed before purchase. The LASER Financial Suite requires Microsoft Excel desktop and enabled macros for full functionality. Excel Online is not supported for the full macro-enabled version.

Support is limited to license access, file access, and product delivery issues controlled by DOX Enterprises, LLC. Setup instructions are provided in the license email and related product materials. DOX Enterprises, LLC does not provide individualized technical support for customer devices, Excel installations, macro/security settings, operating system settings, Microsoft account issues, browser settings, third-party software, or user-specific configuration problems. Support also does not include personalized financial, accounting, tax, legal, investment, or Excel training services.

DOX Enterprises, LLC reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests based on the circumstances of the request, license activity, validation history, product access records, subscription status, and applicable law.
